As the Owner of Pro Roofing Outfitters, Steve is revolutionizing the construction industry. Steve is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida, and has lived in the Tampa St. Pete area for 39 years. His experience as SVP of Retail Enterprise at Ashley Furniture, leading a team of 2500 people to become the largest retail furniture brand in the U.S., has empowered him to innovate the processes within the construction industry in Florida. Steve is the owner of multiple construction companies and has partnered with John Fisher to innovate the relatively antiquated roofing industry, to bring innovation and confidence to the sales and installation process.
Johan Calitz
My career has been a testament to innovation and excellence. I quickly ascended to great heights within the roofing sector by pioneering new methods and techniques, setting new standards in the field. Prior to my career in roofing, I honed my skills in commercial property portfolio management, bringing a strategic and business-oriented approach to every project. Outside of work, I cherish my role as a husband to my high school sweetheart and a father to three wonderful boys. They inspire me to strive for greatness in all aspects of my life.
John Fisher
With over 25 years of construction industry experience from home building to high-rise commercial buildings, building repositions, retrofits, tenant improvement, and complete home restorations. A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with a Master of Business in Finance/Marketing has allowed proper growth of business and understanding the value of customer service. Always creating a customer relationship that lasts much longer than the project customer experience.
Hannah Galovich
As the dedicated office manager, Hannah’s goal is to deliver a superior customer experience. Proficient in permitting, crew scheduling, and fostering client relations. She is devoted to ensuring seamless operations with a professional touch.
